Celebrating a Milestone of Growth and Achievement

At Megchem, we believe that investing in people is investing in the future. Today, we proudly celebrate the success of three talented individuals who have successfully completed their drafting development journey and have been promoted to Draftsman Grade 2.

Their journey began on 1 January 2023 when they joined Gola Institute of Engineering under the CAD Office Practice Learnership. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to continuous learning, they progressed to Technical Assistant positions from January to May 2024.

On 21 May 2026 they completed their Draftsman qualifying assessment, consisting of both theoretical and practical examinations. With a required pass mark of 80%, all three candidates exceeded expectations and passed with exceptional results. As a result of their outstanding performance, they were officially promoted to Draftsman Grade 2 in their respective sections as of 1 June 2026. Their achievement reflects not only their individual determination and perseverance but also Megchem’s continued commitment to developing young talent and creating meaningful career opportunities within the engineering industry.
