JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role requires detailed instrumentation engineering, design, and as-built documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing and incorporating redline mark-ups, updating instrumentation documentation, and maintaining accurate records within SmartPlant INtools to ensure all information reflects the final installed configuration.

REQUIREMENTS:

•   Minimum of NQF4/Trade Test Certificate or Diploma in Control and Instrumentation.
•   Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in petrochemical environment.
•   Prior experience as an Instrumentation Designer will be an advantage.
•   Be able to work as part of a larger team to achieve deadlines and the required work quality.
•   Knowledge of SmartPlant INTools, Auto Cad or similar experience will be an advantage.
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
•   Be able to work independently and in a team, self-starter.
•   Good communication skills.
•   Be able to work under pressure.
•   Valid driver’s license with own transport (Code B / EB) and the ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission.
