  • Grade 12 or similar qualification.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in office administration.
  • Previous experience in a document control environment will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in Sharepoint and Smartsheet will be an advantage.
  • Be familiar with Engineering documents, for example P&ID’s, ISO’s, Mechanical drawings, Loop drawings, etc.
  • Ability to capture data accurately.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Good people skills.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B / EB) with own transport.
